Welcome to our first Podcast. This week we will be discussing the original Food Pyramid (and it was nothing like the one that was eventually released!), the research that stated that salt increases weight loss, and the ground-breaking research that showed the best exercise for weight loss. We also speak with Ian Outram, a many who was a diabetic with heart disease who had seen family and friends die from the disease and was able to turn it all around!
